Shipping Policy

Orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 days of submission and will ship Priority Mail, which can take 2-3 days from shipping to arrive depending on the postal service in your area.  Please keep in mind, due to COVID there may be processing delays. 
  
COVID-19 USPS/INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
Postal Service Priority Mail® products and First-Class® packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Please note SwishHer is NOT responsible for any delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers that are used, especially during the holiday season. 

Tracking Orders
Standard shipping for domestic items is 7-10 business days from the order date. 
DELIVERY TIMES DO NOT INCLUDE US RECOGNIZED HOLIDAYS.
Holidays include: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
All orders will be filled within 1-2 business days of order. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email automatically. 
To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. 

If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.  

Missing Orders
File a claim with USPS and wait for the results of the USPS investigation.
SwishHer IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
